Woodpark is a suburb in Sydney’s west that our client selected for the growth potential. Nearby suburbs such as Greystenes had experienced decent growth and that growth was coming through to Woodpark. Our client had researched the area and knew there was a lack of higher end residences to accommodate a percentage of the demographic who were relatively well off within the catchment. We worked closely with our client to create something that reflected the changing tides in Woodpark.
